When we purchased our house 2 years ago, we had a contractor replace a picture window with a bay window. After a year, it began to leak. We called Penn Construction & Design to inspect the problem. Dan Greenspun advised us that the bay window should have had a roof over it to keep rain from sitting in and eventually saturating the exposed top. Penn D & C not only repaired the damage, but built an attractive roof that perfectly matched the house over the bay window. We are now dry and again enjoying the view.
