Scope. The scope of work estimates are determined by the design & calculation of investment costs will be determined by the project scope.
Agreements. Once we have finalized the project scope and budget we review/sign all proper contracts.
Pre-Construction. We prepare to kick off construction and will acquire all necessary permits, have a final on-site meeting, and will create a schedule.
Execution. This is the fun part! We begin renovations. Throughout the entire project we will remain transparent and proactive in communicating with you.
Final Walk Through. Once the project is completed we do a final walk through with the client to ensure satisfaction.
